Nach dem Kauf konnte ich dann fest stellen, dass nicht nur die Lokalität des Produktes gegenben war, sondern auch der Service einwandfrei ist, gerade dadurch, dass man so nah am Hersteller ist (ich wohne in Bremen). Wenn ich Fragen rund um das Fahrrad habe, kann ich zu Velo Lab fahren, werde beraten und am Fahrrad werden benötigte Schritte durchgeführt, ohne dass man groß einen Termin braucht. Wir haben unser Kàro seit Frühjahr und haben etwa 1500 Kilometer damit hinter uns. Es hat unseren autofreien Alltag extrem erleichtert. Einkauf, Kindertransport - alles easy. Keine Parkplatzsuche, nie mehr im Stau stehen... Auch im Metronom ist es gut zu transportieren, vor allem, weil es so schön leicht und agil ist. Die Seilzuglenkung ist der Knaller. Wir fahren ohne E-Unterstützung und haben es bislang nicht bereut. Auch Anstiege schluckt das Kàro locker weg. Auf dem dritten Bild ist das Káro mit der "Sommerbereifung" zu sehen... Ich habe dazu Schwalbe "Kojaks" aufgezogen. Geringeres Gewicht und erheblich geringerer Rollwiderstand. Für den Herbst und Winter kommen aber die Schwalbe mit Profil wieder drauf und die Schutzbleche wieder ran... Das Teil macht bislang richtig Spaß und der Kontakt mit Velo Lab war bei Problemlösungen auch stets freundlich und zugewandt. Starke Leistung!
