One of the nicest and cleanest co-working places in Bremen. A bit out of the downtown area but easy access with the "Strassenbahn" so makes sense. Love it.

Some of them are so withdrawn that they lock their own office even if they have to go to the toilet, with no trace of openness or friendliness. At best, this shop can still be described as a community of convenience with a reception.

Since Weser Work opened a branch in the tobacco district, the attractive furniture was also removed from the premises in a cloak and dagger operation and taken to the branch because there was a lack of furniture. This furniture was not replaced with equal value, some cheap stuff was put there.

The remaining co-workers (a handful are present on good days) are already betting when the shop in Überseestadt will close. Cleanliness deficits, loveless design and communication deficits on the part of the management complete the picture. A lot of people left there and there are reasons for that.

It's a shame, it used to be an acceptable store. But I can only recommend everyone to look elsewhere. There is no plan here on how to run a shop like this. The management of Weser Work changes every year, which is also significant. no improvement in sight. Hands off.

Frequently there are no longer any employees on Konsul Smidt Strasse for a few days. Mail is not emptied, co-workers cannot enter. No keys left for mailbox, no message, no communication. Absolute organizational failure. Management incompetent and or completely disinterested. As before: HANDS OFF!

The alleged claim to inclusion is trampled on in this company. Management leaves the employees alone in the rain. The premises are dirty. Flowers are not watered, see current picture. Real satire with the name "Inklusionsbetrieb" brand Bremen.

The management is in no way aware of the responsibility that an inclusive company entails. Grabbing state subsidies and adorning yourself with inclusive feathers and then leaving your own people alone is simply highly dishonest and irresponsible. Actually, this is a case for the senatorial authority, which I would recommend reclaiming the funds provided and not investing a cent more in Weser Work.

Als Co Working Space nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Ich bin dort seit ca. 4 Jahren und die Tendenz ist stark negativ. Co Working findet im engeren Sinne nicht statt, es gibt keine gemeinsamen Veranstaltungen und auch nur noch eine Handvoll Co Worker.

Einige davon sind so verschlossen, dass sie selbst wenn sie auf Toilette müssen, das eigene Büro abschließen, von Offenheit und Freundlichkeit keine Spur. Bestenfalls kann man diesen Laden noch als Zweckgemeinschaft mit Empfang bezeichnen.

Da Weser Work eine Zweigstelle im Tabakquartier aufgemacht hat, wurden zudem die ansprechenden Möbel in einer Nacht und Nebel Aktion aus den Räumlichkeiten entfernt und in die Zweigstelle verbracht, da dort Möbel fehlten. Ersetzt wurden diese Möbel nicht gleichwertig, es wurde irgendwelches billiges Zeug hingestellt.

Die verbliebenen Co Worker (anwesend sind an guten Tagen eine Handvoll) wetten schon, wann der Laden in der Überseestadt dicht macht. Sauberkeitsdefizite, lieblose Gestaltung und kommunikative Defizite seitens der Geschäftsführung runden das Bild ab. Es sind sehr viele Leute weggegangen dort und das hat seine Gründe.

Schade, das war mal ein akzeptabler Laden. Aber ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, sich anderweitig zu orientieren. Es fehlt hier an einem Plan, wie man so einen Laden führen muss. Die Leitung von Weser Work wechselt im Jahrestakt, auch das ist bezeichnend. Besserung nicht absehbar. Finger weg.

Nachtrag Januar 2022:

Häufig sind jetzt tageweise keine Mitarbeiter mehr in der Konsul Smidt Straße. Post wird nicht geleert, Co Worker kommen nicht rein. Keine Schlüssel hinterlegt für Briefkasten, keine Nachricht, keine Kommunikation. Absolutes Organisationsversagen. Geschäftsführung unfähig und oder komplett desinteressiert. Nach wie vor: FINGER WEG!

Nachtrag August 2022:

Der angebliche Inklusions Anspruch wird in diesem Betrieb mit Füssen getreten. Geschäftsführung lässt die Mitarbeiter allein im Regen stehen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind dreckig. Blumen werden nicht gegossen, vgl aktuelles Bild. Realsatire mit dem Namen "Inklusionsbetrieb" Marke Bremen.

Die Geschäftsführung ist sich ihrer Verantwortung, die ein Inklusionsbetrieb mit sich bringt, in keinster Weise bewusst. Staatliche Fördergelder abgugreifen und sich mit inklusiven Federn schmücken und die eigenen Leute dann so alleine zu lassen, ist einfach hochradig unredlich und veranwortungslos. Eigentlich ist das ein Fall für die senatorische Behörde, der ich empfehlen würde, die zur Verfügung gestellten Gelder zurückzufordern und keinen Cent mehr in Weser Work zu investieren.
