So richtig wohl gefühlt habe ich mich dort nicht. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass sie sich eher um das andere Paar ausgiebig kümmern wollten, welches eine deutlich teurere Reise buchen wollte als wir. Mehrfach wurde unsere Buchung für das andere Paar unterbrochen.
Der absolute negative Höhepunkt kam dann im Urlaub: uns wurde ein falsches Zimmer gebucht, obwohl wir mehrfach beim Buchen nachgefragt und darauf hingewiesen haben, dass wir das Familienzimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer möchten. Auf den Reiseunterlagen war das leider auch nicht ersichtlich, da uns auch nicht mitgeteilt wurde, daß unser Zimmer quasi aus dem Restekontingent einer Tochterfirma der TUI stammt.

Hier werde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Das schlechteste Reisebüro im Umland von Bremen. Hier wird keinem geholfen sondern mit Ausreden jongliert bist der Kunde genervt ist und das Büro verlässt. Der Chef sollte als Vorbildfunktion dienen, ist aber komplett unfähig simple Fragen zu beantworten. Traurig !!!!!
Um jetzt noch genau zu erläutern was vorgefallen ist. Habe eine Reise für 8 ( 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ) Personen gebucht ( knapp 6000€ ) und wollte mich erkundigen wie die Abläufe im Hotel vor Ort sein werden , da wir 4 kleine Kinder dabei haben. ( Check In, Check out, eventuell Late Check out etc.)
Der sogenannte Chef vor Ort war komplett unfähig und Arrogant mir meine Fragen auf zwischenmenschlicher Basis zu beantworten. Seine Aussagen waren fast schon beleidigend und sehr inkompetent.
Es ist nicht verwunderlich das immer mehr Leute online buchen um sich mit solchen Mitarbeitern nicht unterhalten zu müssen.
