20 Minuten auf einen Smoothie zu warten hab ich in meinem ganzen Leben so auch noch nie erlebt. Und es war nicht viel los, außer mir nur ein anderer Kunde. Personal wirkte sehr unmotiviert und nicht wirklich freundlich. Als der Smoothie dann endlich fertig war haben sie dann einfach wie selbstverständlich gesagt, dass sie keine Deckel mehr haben. 20 Minuten auf einen Smoothie warten, der dann fast nur nach Milch schmeckt…überfordertes Personal…Die Mädels taten einem total leid weil sie überhaupt nicht koordinieren konnten. Habe mir dort einen frozen joghurt, smoothie und Wrap gegönnt.

Ich bin echt erschrocken...Der Wrap schmeckt so lecker.. Meine Geschmacksknospen haben sich gefreut.

Wollte ich einfach mal los werden,weil mir wirklich alles geschmeckt hat und das war erst mein zweites Mal dort.

Ich habe auch super Empfehlungen von einer netten dunkelhäutigen jungen Mitarbeiterin bekommen, absolute kennerin.

Eigentlich würde ich garkeine Stern geben wollen, aber naja.... Die Bedienungen waren unfreundlich, ohne ein Lächeln im Gesicht dazu noch sehr langsam. Auf unsere Bestellung, zwei Säfte (Summer Minze u0026 Ingwer Orange) mit zwei Wraps (Falafel Humus u0026 Ceasar Wrap) mussten wir ca 15min warten. Und hatten den Eindruck das es unsauber ist, es wurde Kaugummi gekaut während der Zubereitung der Speisen. Die Säfte waren mehlig im Geschmack und die Wraps waren falsch rausgegeben, der Falafel Wrap war nur mit einer kleinen Falafel bestückt und der Ceasar Wrap war kein Ceasar Wrap. Wir konnten auch nicht definieren was es war. Vielleicht war es auch eine Art Falafel aber ohne eigen Geschmack. Leider sehr enttäuschend.
