How can the reception staff can be so useless, 3 people behind the counter, just chatting with each other’s, you ask something very simple they look at you like you are bothering them ! It’s crazy ! ???? I mean especially for a traveling company you need people who are a bit welcoming and trying to be helpful.

Very bad service at the office, the employees are rude, because we had an electronic ticket they didn't give us information about the trip!Stars are only fore the busses. None fore the office.

Booked a later more expensive service because I wouldn't be able to get there on time to catch the earlier cheaper service. When I arrive nicely on time (20 minutes ahead) the earlier service arrives (late, but it would be exactly on time for the service I booked). Although it was a cheaper service and almost empty the driver refused to take me. Now when I'm writing the review the later service still hasn't arrived and its already 40 minutes late... Thank you flixbus for letting me wait unnecessary. I hope my bus will come... Next time I'll take the train and pay 10 euros more.

The woman with the short red-ish hair at the counter insists that you pay 50 euro cent to use the toilet, even though you are a flix bus customer. Also, she is rude and clearly not fit for a commercial job in a representative function.

The representatives of the Flixbus could not offer any kind of explanation regarding the delay of the bus, nor ever if it was on its way. The only reply was “You can just wait”.
Totally unprofessional.

The flixbus runs most long routes in Germany/schengen states. I took a bus ride to and from Frankfurt to Bremen. The buses are very very comfortable, the drivers are very good and defensive. You can buy tickets by installing the flixbus app, choose your destination, enter your names and email and the e-ticket is mailed your address instantly with a readable QR code that's validated by the bus driver at boarding time. Two times I get the bus ..and two times was late and the worse that send sms but the bus was early in the bus stop and nobody informed us... also some of the bus drivers are rude and they don't speak English (some of them) the only think that is good, is the prices
