Staff:
I booked my stay via booking.com, and on the app it said the check-in is from 15:00-21:00, when I called the hostel at 18:00 on the day of my booking, the person said the check-in shuts at 19:00, after telling him that on booking.com it said 21:00, he started shouting at me. He told me to find another hostel. He was yelling and very rude. The worst experience ever. When I told him i cannot speak in German, he was shouting more.
WORST STAFF EVER.

Hostel:
I have stayed in hostels that cost 10-13€, but this one was extremely bad. It was a 9 sharing room, where there were just 3 people including me, so it wasn't a problem. But if it's fully occupied and there is someone sleeping on the top bunker bed, than i feel the one below won't sleep at all. The bunk beds are of really bad quality, instead of a wooden or a metal sheet for the top bed, there was just some metal net, which is very risky for the lower bed person if there is someone sleeping on the top.

There were no electric sockets near my bed.

There were two bathrooms, they were neat.

Location:
Very close to the Bremen Hbf.

Didn’t feel very safe there. I found chewing gum in the sink, empty beer bottles IN the shower, next to the toilet and also full of them in the room, but nobody took them for the whole time I stayed there. There are people living there full time. The only good parts are location and price

I really enjoyed my time in the clean, positive-spirited, well maintained hostel with lovely soft bed and even other luxuries like water kettler and a free WiFi! The price was Really decent, for as good service and facilities as were provided. The only minus I came to notice in the facilities was that in the room I stayed the closets with locks didn't really work. :s They'd have been really handy! One extra positive thing to mention is that the air was clear u0026 I didn't spot a signs of mold!

Well to be honest it’s a good one and not really expensive since its close to almost everything, but what i didn’t really like that they take 3 additional euros for bed sheets? Who is gonna bring his own ?? Also they do not provide a private towel
But so far i liked it and it was in a really perfect location, would recommend.

The worst hostel I have ever been. Beds don't have their own light u0026 plug. They request extra money for bed sheets and also if you arrive after 9pm. Wet rooms. They assigned me a bed in a male room and requested extra €6 for moving me to a female room. They don't offer towels. They don't have female bathrooms unless you are in a female room. Don't provide any turistic guides or suggestions. I booked 3 nights and at the end I had to reduce to 2 nights because of the cost of sheets and late arrival. Ah!!!! Just to finish the list, they didn't receive my credit card, I had to walk almost at midnight into a city that I have never been before in order to look for an atm, and when I arrived without money (troubles with my card), they said they would receive my credit card. Horrible the experience in this hostel. Not recommend.

This hostel has a very good location, close to the old town, and the staff works hard everyday to keep it clean. The beds are old, so don't expect the best night of your life, and because it is really cheap you also won't get the best room mates of the world. But it's a good place to stay :)

Cheap place, good located, but unfortunately service was pretty bad, I had to call the guys to come and check me in, and they arrived almost 3 hours late. Rooms look kind of clean, but to be honest, I didnt feel totally safe when it cames to leaving my things and go to walk around...
