We were curious about the cuisine and were in the neighbourhood so off we went to this west African restaurant. Lovely host, very good food. The jolof rice with chicken was delicious! I tried fufu with a meat stew and liked it, but fufu gets you full very quickly ???? so lesson learned!
It could do with renewing the decoration and appliances, though.
You'll get good value for your money here. But bring cash.

Firstly, I have to start with the food, it was delicious! Serving size was generous and the price exceptionally reasonable.

I only deduct a star cause of the atmosphere wasn't exactly what I would expect from a restaurant so upon first entering I found it a bit off-putting but soon enough got into it and appreciated the...style? It's a small, family feel kind of restaurant. Greeted nicely upon entry in a more friendly than professional kind of way and seat yourself. Very very relaxed vybe, the person serving was also enjoying a meal themself which you don't usually see but gave the feeling of like being at someone's home and them sharing a meal with you.

Our waiter was really proficient And helped us pick the meal of the day. Lovely place to go for dinner, would highly recommend. Nice value for money, the best new regular place for supper. Tasty food which usually suits everyone's choices. We would suggest the table by the window to discover the best sights.

The warm heart of Africa in Bremen! A menu with over 30 choices, most of which are unknown to everyone not familiar with West Africa. I gave it try and enjoyed food and drink, and foremost the hospitality. Don't expect haute cuisine but affordable and cheerful food and atmosphere!
