Other than having the check engine light come on 2 days into our 7 day rental, our experience was great. The car was the perfect size for our road trip. The staff we engaged with were knowledgeable and helpful before, during and after our rental. The price of our rental was reasonable and the unlimited miles made our road trip fun and stress free.

Unbelievable professionalism! The Agent I dealt with was very efficient and handled my complicated requirements without any difficulty at all. I highly recommend them if you're looking for excellent service and attention to detail.

After 100 km, the oil indicator and the service interevall came on.
The service hotline got me off twice, then I was advised to have the car serviced at a workshop and to submit the invoice.
Contrary to the guidelines on their website.
As I do not feel like a service provider for SIXT, I refused.
The next day I received an email asking me to exchange the car, i.e. to drive the route twice and use a day's holiday for this?
I contacted the local Sixt representative in Wilhelmshaven on Sunday. That was really the only ray of hope. A very nice young lady looked at the car and decided I should just drive it on.

I overlooked the fact that the car was delivered in July with winter tyres, otherwise I wouldn't have taken it.

Jennifer was absolutely fantastic and very helpful, it was such a pleasure dealing with her. I hope to do business with her again. The Audi was a dream and a great price, very sad that I wasn't given the opportunity to extend the contract but the helpdesk would not help at all and provided a much higher daily rate.

One of my favourite SIXT stations. Quick service and great staff, Jennifer Meyer in particular. Every Monday she greats my with a smile and a friendly good morning, really appreciated.

Extremely happy with my experience with SiXT, this was the first time I'd go with SiXT for a car rental in Europe and now I understand why it is one of the top rated car rentals in Bremen airport. no hassle, no tricky moves like the ones I've faced previously with other well know car rental company. What I didn't like was the drop off zone, but I believe that's the Car rental zone for all companies which was not very close to the airport especially of there was a bad weather, as I did not find an baggage carts to take my luggage from there so I had to leave the parking and drop my luggage at the airport with my family and drive back to the car rentals parking spot to return the car. you should keep that in mind especially that every minute counts when your flight is a couple of hours away.
