Extremely helpful and friendly!! I can absolutely recommend this car rental! They were very forthcoming and accommodating. I will definitely book Europcar again should I be in town.

a completely trickster service, think many times before renting from here. i rented the car at 11.44am(booking was starting at 12.00) but they wrote 11.17am on the paper, i returned the car at 13.17 but they wrote 14.40. Nobody was in the return area, they filled the form by themselves and i learnt this later. I fortunately have the pictures for pick up and return hours from the watch of the car and sent an email to the manager of the branch but he was not helpful. I was charged 1 full day for the late return of 1.15hours originally, but according to what they wrote, this was 3 hours. I rented a car 4 days, not 1 day, so there should be a little flexibility for the return. I rent cars from many other rental companies and all of them have up to 2 hours of return flexibility. being charged a full day for 1.15 hours a total robbery, if you want to have your money robbed consider Europcar as your rental company in Bremen

We arrived Bremen airport at 19:45, but the Europcar Court is closed already, with a paper saying close time is 20:00. Our reservation is confirmed weeks ago, but they cancelled it without informing us!!! I can't believe it can happen in such a big chain company! Even worse, the service hotline can't provide any backup solution. Totally disappointed!

I didn't have any problems with the car but with the service of Europcar at the Airport. I didn't have my credit card and hab to pay cash. The staff there was very unfriendly and suspicious about that. Europcar should work on that at this location.
