Waren zum 1sten mal dort.Man muss dort vorher Reservieren,sonst kann es sein das man keinen Tisch bekommt. Ist immer sehr voll,und es kommen viele Stammgäste,viel mir auf.Die Pizza Salami war sehr gut und auch Preislich ansprechend. Ich hatte gefüllte Nudeln mit Pilzen,hatte mir mehr davon versprochen,war okay aber ich würde es nicht nochmal bestellen. Das andere Gericht war Schweinefilet mit Pilzen,Pommes und Gemüse. War Gut,aber Preislich ist es im Salvia schon sehr gehoben.Kann man ausprobieren........

Ok in der Pasta (ich mag es) aber heutzutage noch Dosenchampions auf der Pizza??? Sollte besser gehen. Geschmacklich trotzdem gut. Inhaber umgarnt Stammgäste aber hat weder ein freundliches Wort oder netten Blick für die restlichen Gäste. Der Service jedoch schon. Lilienthal ist nicht weit weg und hat gute Restaurants. Einen Grund zur baldigen Wiederkehr wird man finden. Einen Besuch wert? Kann man machen, da auch eine schöne große Terrasse vorhanden ist. Leider war es bei unserem Besuch zu kalt.

Wir sind vor 2 Jahren schon einmal da gewesen und waren sehr enttäuscht . Heute wollten wir dem Restaurant noch mal eine Chance geben und wurden wieder enttäuscht. Die Qualität hat in unseren Augen noch mehr nachgelassen. Rumpsteak war sehr dünn, nicht scharf angebraten und sehr viel Fettrand. Die Pfeffersoße schmeckte nach nichts, war gefärbtes Wasser mit Pfefferkörner so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Dazu war alles ungewürzt und man hat nicht mal Pfeffer und Salz auf dem Tisch stehen gehabt.
Das Personal war überfordert, extrem hektisch und unorganisiert. Dazu mussten wir über eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten. Wenn es wenigstens schmecken würde, dann würden wir auch gerne warten . Wir sind mit Sicherheit das letzte mal da gewesen
