We had a great visit at restautant Bianconero. The food were outstanding.

Had the pizza Gallinacci from todays menu, such a great tasting pizza. ????????

1. Food. The food was fine - tasteful and came fast (just to be fair at 8-8-30 pm on Friday the restaurant was almost empty). Pasta is not hand-made but - again to be fair is was not announced. I would say, the food itself deserves 5- stars (I expected a little bit more calamari in calamari-pasta).
2. Service. Weirdly horrible. Seriously, what did you do with your staff?
At the beginning waitress was ok, probably I can even say nice. But then... We picked tomato salad, but changed our mind in the middle of ordering food and clearly said "ok, no tomato salad, we want small one side mixed salad". Then we got both of them and sent tomato salad back (untouched). But in the check the cost of this salad was included anyway, which is strange (at least). After we calmly mentioned about that the waitress became furious, yelled "ok, now I HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR SALAD BY MYSELF!!!" and run away. That was really rude.
3. Management. Also horrible. After we tried to order a salad we were told that the restaurant is out of cheese - mozzarella and goat cheese. Really? For this level of restaurant such mistakes are unacceptable.
Parmesan could be delivered without special notification.
P.s. Reaction on criticism in reviews published here from administration is also outrageous. Just my opinion.

The best Italian restaurant in Bremen! Extremely good chef that take pride of carrying the best flavors from Italy into your plate. The service is good, familiar, straight and very polite. This is a restaurant you want to go back to. ❤️

Good Italian menu with great service. Fish was a little over cooked but really nice anyway.

Supperfoods, much more friendly servise, relax ambiance and good price... Should be try..
