One person for the whole store … (it’s a big shop) and was waiting for 10 minutes while the guy was busy with another customer before I decided to put the vape back and leave. I came back again and went through the same experience again. It would be a great shop if they had more staff.

The seller said that he could not provide a sample of the liquid. I had to choose randomly. also a minus for beginners like me, that I was refused to mix the liquid in the store.

Nice shop but staff was to busy on the phone to help me. I had something in my hand and wanted to pay, but after being ignored for some time, I put it back and walked away.

Amazing place, I wanted to start vaping instead of smoking cigarettes. People there are very helpful, they recommended the best kit according to my needs. If you dont know anything about vaping and want to start, please dont hesitate to go there, people there will listen to you and answer all your questions. mad respects, 10/10 the only shop i visit for all my vaping needs.

A great store for vapers! The selection of mods and atomizers (everything from prebuilts, RTAs and RDAs) is very solid. But what is even better is the huge range of liquids, a lot of them being premium liquids from Germany, UK and the US. The service is very good, and they are happy to let you try as many of them as you want.
For those that want to stay a bit, e.g. to try out their new liquids, there is a small bar in the back, where you can get some coffee on the house!
