Newest update at 20220117: The shop has kindly provided me proofs to demonstrate that I bought my watch from them. They have kindly sent me a letter with their signature, which is important for me to get my watch back from my previous landlord. I am really grateful for their strong favors and helps.

Previous news:
I have bought a man watch, Tissot, mechanical, from this Christ shop in Bremen in 2016. We left this watch at my previous flat during our moving at the end of September. Now I need to provide the receipt to get my watch back.

I contacted this shop for the digital receipt, but they suggested us to contact the Christ online shop. But the Christ online shop told me that they can only issue the receipt for orders that placed online. If I purchased the watch in a CHRIST shop, I shall contact the branch.

Ich war heute dort, um meine Uhr, die ich in der Filiale in Weserpark gekauft habe, hinzubringen, damit die Batterien gewechselt werden.

Zuvor wurde mir bei einem Telefonat mitgeteilt, dass es so und so viel kostet. Als ich dort war, fragte mich die nette Mitarbeiterin, ob dies das erste mal wäre, dass die Batterien gewechselt werden. Daraufhin sagte ich ja und ich bekam meine Uhr mit gewechselten Batterien wieder, ohne etwas zu zahlen. Ein toller Service und sein sehr nettes Personal.
