Not a bad place, but a bit overpriced. There was a blonde waitress, really nice and sympathetic who allowed us to order dinner when the kitchen was almost closing. But there was another waiter, huge and tall, who was the opposite, and gave us the receipt even when we hadn't finished dinner.

We had a grilled fish and a Wiener Schnitzel, both dishes had good taste. We were sitting outside at the Market Square enjoying the atmosphere.

Had a beer. The miserable waiter didn’t give us the change. 10 minutes later a nice German man liaised and the waiter (the little bald bespectacled one) grudgingly coughed up the 3 euros. Did he come over to apologise? No, he did not. Presumably he decided that if you run a cafe on a public square, tourists not speaking your language are fair game to be ripped off. So, give this one a miss. Everyone else in Bremen has been charming.

Bei den "Feines hat Tradition 1783" handelt es sich um ein Restaurant der Extraklasse. Das hier von mir näher beschriebene Speiselokal befindet sich direkt unter dem Bremer Schütting in man sich auch gleich sehr wohl fühlt. Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente sind einfach nur der Hit und man merkt gleich schon beim rein kommen das hier wirklich Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Das Personal ist unwahrscheinlich Freundlich und absolut kompetent, sollten Fragen o.ä. bestehen so bekommt man sogleich eine Antwort bzw eine gute Empfehlung...
Die Speisen sind geschmacklich und von der Qualität der Ware phantastisch, alles schmeckt sehr gut und das Steak (zu dem ich nur raten kann) ist auf den perfekten Punkt angerichtet. Alles in allem ein Restaurant im Herzens von Bremen welches ich wirklich nur bestens empfehlen möchte.
Hierbei handelt es meiner Ansicht nach um eines der besten Restaurants in Bremen und Umgebung...
Sollte man in der Nähe sein und es bekommt einen der große Hunger auf etwas wirklich gutes, ja dann ist man hier absolut richtig.
Leider kann ich nur 5 Sterne/Punkte vergeben, dieses Restaurant hat ganz sicher mehr verdient !!! Es war ein toller und unvergesslicher Abend, danke

War dort zwar erst einmal zum Essen aber es war lecker, die Atmosphäre war toll und ich kann es empfehlen. Mein Gericht kam in einer Gusseisenpfanne an den Tisch, heutzutage natürlich keine Besonderheit, aber es war somit nicht nur lecker sondern definitiv auch noch heiß.
