It is not easy to find a good service in Bremen restaurants, but Q1 has a very high standard and our visit was just perfect. We booked a table online one day ahead - Friday evening the restaurant was full. The waiter was very fiiendly, spoke English and showed his attention to every table around. Q1 has a modern stylish interior, pleasant relaxed music. Food was delivered after ordering very quickly. I would give it 9 out of 10 for taste as it could be more vivid. Overall we spent great time at Q1 and definitely will come again.

Impulse stop and glad I did. The food was amazing with the ribeye perfectly seared with delicious flavor. Had Champignons ( mushrooms) cooked with onions and bacon bits that came in a bowl - no shortage of mushrooms here. Also had the mashed potatoes that tasted sinfully delicious- hard to make potatoes sinful but these were. AND Naomi was just thee best... ask for her table, she is awesome!

Nothing fancy but for a cheap you get very nice and cozy experience. Lovely atmosphere. Food and drinks were OK.

Great Rib eye! Reasonable price for the quality! Interior beautifull! Friendly waitress! Just coffee could be better. 4,6 makes it 5!

Friendly staff! The restaurant is beautiful and nice. The food is just good! I had ordered the lamb, 2 pieces of that were barbequed and very delicious but the rest was cooked in the water and just ok.

Disappointing.
I really looked forward to eating here, since it had so good reviews.
The burger bun got soggy because of poor placements of the ingredients.
The spareribs was something that I could make better at home, with food from my local store.
The Wiener schnitzel was nice when you put everything on the plate together, but the quantity could have been better.
Overall too pricy. Not exactly worth it.
The waiter had some technical issues with her tools, but that was made up for with her charisma, so no complaints there.

It has been a long time since I've eaten such a burger. Cosy atmosphere with perfect lighting. Prices are rather expensive for burgers. I guess you have to pay for the fanciness of the place.
