Horrible security man there. He is a tall African guy, saw him yesterday being very rude to some woman, just because she looked foreigner and dressed like oriental muslim.
Not the first time seeing him acting like that.

The sanitisation process is not good. The sanitizer is mostly not there and tissue paper is never there. Half awake security is mostly smoking or lost somewhere that people walk in without mask or shopping basket. You will get mostly all the things as generally in all other Penny supermarkets but you are responsible for your own safety in this one.

incompetent and very rude workers, several times i saw their mistakes on the bill, since there isn't proper place to pack your staff we just need to put them in the bag and be out. Last their mistake, they counted orange juice 4 times although i bought 3, then followed long rudeness behavior of them that made me speechless and I couldn't do anything but just leave the shop silently. Very sad that Penny is being represented by such incompetent people, and very unfortunate that there is no action is being taken from administration

You get what you'd expect from Penny. Budget supermarket, not a bad choice range , but cannot always count on them having everything you need (especially regarding fresh fruit and veg).
