The worst "Italian" restaurant ever. The service is horrible, the waiters are rude, it's hard to say that what we ordered for 10 euros was actually a pizza, dirty wine glasses. A waste of time and money. Ice-cream is okay though. If you don't want to ruin your lunch/dinner avoid this place.

Very bad service, pizza without ingredients from menu and very bad, insalata mista without olive and onion (as it was described in menu), glass for wine was dirty. Waiters were very unfriendly and rude. Never again.

Eigentlich hat diese Gaststätte nicht mal einen Stern verdient! Die Toiletten sind unter aller Sau der Boden dreckig als würde schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt und der Spülkasten abgerissen. Wer ein wenig Ahnung in der Gastronomie hat so wie die Toiletten so auch das Essen! Pizza ist aus der Tiefkühltruhe und soll 9,50€ kosten und mehr. Die Bedienung kann nicht mal mit Kritik umgehen und wird sehr aggressiv!!!! Wenn Sie wirklich gut und sauber essen wollen meiden sie diese Gaststätte.

Wir waren heute in der Patera, zum Eis essen. Sind schon öfters dort gewesen, weil das Eis dort sehr lecker schmeckt. Der einzige Nachteil dort ist, die WC. Bei den Damen sehr schmutzig, und das gleiche bei den Herren auch. Habe die Dame

Schlechter Service und sehr unfreundlich.
Ich habe dort je 1 Kugel Eis im Becher bestellt. Eine Kugel war die falsche Sorte ich musste sehr lange warten bis dann mal jemand an meinen Tisch kam, damit ich das Eis umtauschen konnte. Die Kugel war mittlerweile zerlaufen. Anstatt mir eine neue zu bringen, kam der Chef und meinte was das denn sollte. Das wäre richtig so. (Als könnte ich Joghurt von Walnuss nicht unterscheiden).
Er meinte dann wieso ich den Mitarbeitern unterstellen würde sie würden schlecht arbeiten. Ich hab ihn dann gebeten bitte das Eis einfach zu tauschen, damit ich das bekomme was ich bestellt habe. Er wurde dann immer frecher und meinte ich würde hier sitzen das Eis zerlaufen lassen und dann will ich einfach eine neue Kugel. Er meinte das wäre frech von mir. Ich bin dann einfach aufgestanden und gegangen. Da hier jegliche Diskussion sinnlos war.
