Fantastic location right next to the city, can't beat that. Rooms are somewhat worn down, it's not too bad, but was expecting higher quality. We had to wait a long time for both check in and check out.
Hit to hotel: I saw that you won a prize for being eco friendly. Good job, keep up the good work. A (very) small next step would be to remove the plastic cups from the water dispenser in the fitness.

The room was extremely responsive. Both from outside through the window, between the rooms and from the corridor.
Before the pandemic I had 80-90 hotel nights per year and I have never experienced anything so noisy!

Awesome hotel, location, and staff! The cleanliness is superb. Was only a 12 min walk to the convention center. Would definitely go back again!

Disappointing.
The amenities were almost none, lack of cleaning at certain spots, the software on the TV made the signal collapse constantly which in effect meant the TV was useless.

Breakfast was just OK and we'll disappointing. When this was the Swissotel it was far better.

Nice rooms and location, but on 6th floor, almost no water and only cold water. If you plan to take a warm shower, do not come here.

Room very clean and nice. Understaffed at desk. Matrass great, pillows dreadful. Good breakfast. Location perfect. Shower often cold (why?!) and renovation sounds at 8 AM unpleasant surprise at this rate. Also lot of sounds from corridor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our request. They gave us a clean and spacious room in the last floor with an nice view, as we had requested.
The location is in-between the train station an der he Altstadt, 5 minutes from both on foot, next to a riverpark and a graphic windmill.
We usually book rooms with breakfast and we did so this time as well. We were amazed! It is easily the best breakfast we had (chain hotel or not) in years. Nothing was missing, from pancakes to omelet, large variety of fruits, filter coffee on the table and espresso machine, 7+ types of breads, croissants (I even noticed an alcohol corner - that was a first), everything was fresh and refilled instantly.
For full disclosure the price was higher than we usually pay (up to 120€/night). For 2+1 (6 yo) with breakfast and taxes we paid 164€/night, but all in all we are rarely satisfied at this level from a hotel. We became club members of the Dorint hotels chain.
