Zudem gibt es keinen Hotspot im Studio. Internet. Alleine wenn man nun schon ständig 15 Minuten warten muss wegen dem erzwungen Testen, wäre ja ein Hotspot mal angebracht um die Zeit zu überbrücken.

Ich meldete mich bei Nautilus vor allem wegen der Lage im 4.Stock und der damit verbundenen schönen Aussicht über Bremen an. Nicht zuletzt lag das alte Studio fußläufig zu meiner Arbeit, ideal. Leider ist die Kommunikation zu den beitragszahlenden Mitgliedern sehr schlecht. Ich versuche bereits seit mehreren Monaten eine Kündigungsbestätigung zu bekommen, welche mir am Telefon mehrmals zugesagt wurde, diese habe ich jedoch bis heute nicht erhalten.
Wenn ich diesen Kundenservice mit meinem jetzigen Verein vergleiche ist dieser leider ungenügend. 2 Sterne gibt es jedoch auf Grund der Ausstattung des Studios.

Denn wenn man einfach beim Wechsel der Konto Daten einfach mal nen ganzen Monat abbucht ohne selbst zu wissen wieso und dies dann nochmal to bei den alten Konto und mir dann weiß machen möchte das dies nicht der Fall gewesen sei obwohl man es schwarz auf weiß auf den Konto Auszügen hat,finde ich persönlich sehr unseriös und unzuverlässig.
Ich kann das Studio nicht empfehlen. Viel zu überteuert.

Nach diversen Probetrainings habe ich mich für das Nautilus entschieden und hab alles richtig gemacht: Preise sind super fair, kompenente Trainer, sehr nette Mitarbeiter und Mitglieder, keine Pumper und Tussis, super Geräte ( Nautilus Geräte sind echt anders als herkömmliche) und Kurse die ich in einer solchen Qualität nicht mal in Hamburg gefunden habe. Meine Empfehlung für Fitness - Suchende;-)...
