Extremely unprofessional service that we have to pay from our hard earned taxes. The people there work against the system and the citizen and today's experience has been a deeply frustrating one. I hope someone in the local government can read these comments and act.

Super nette Mitarbeiterin, sehr kurze Wartezeit. Ich habe einen Wohnsitzwechsel beantragt und ein Führungszeugnis - dazu wurde noch der online Ausweis freigeschaltet, obwohl ich dafür keinen Termin hatte! Ganz toll und das ganze hat keine 10 Minuten gedauert. Auf den Termin an sich habe ich zwar 2 Monate gewartet, aber momentan ist es einfach so. Danke!!

Ich habe eine Extraordinäre Situation gehabt: an den gleich Tag das ich ein Termin bei Migrationsamt (von 3 Monate vereinbart) kommt noch ein wichtiges Termin. Wenn ich eine davon absage, muss ich am nächsten 6-8 Wochen warten. Nach meinem Anruf war mir vorgeschlagen am gleichen Tag ein Paar Stunden vor den Termin Zeiten zum Amt zu kommen, das beide Termine sich nicht über kreuzen. Und dann hat alles geklappt.
