Ich schreib heute mal über dieses in der bremer Innenstadt gelegene Restaurant La Bottega da Mario
Es ist mir während eines stadtbummels aufgefallen und ich hätte lieber weitergehen sollen. Aber ich tat es mir an. Dummerweise hatte ich im hotel meinen Anzug gegen kurze Hose und t-shirt getauscht was nach einem Tag im Büro bei 35 Grad aussen Temperatur die bessere Alternative war.
Zum Restaurant: bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sitz man gerne draussen demnach suchte ich mir ein platz auf der Terrasse denn vom Service Personal welches ich hätte fragen können fehlte jede Spur. Nach ca 10 Minuten bemerkte mich der kellner kam auf mich zu mit verstörten Blick und begrüßte mich mit dem Worten: bitte?
Meine zeit in der hotelfachschule ist zwar etwas länger her aber ein "guten tag" sollte eigentlich angebracht sein. Ich sagte dem etwas genervten Herrn das ich gerne etwas essen würde und schon zog er schlurfend von dannen um mir die Speisekarte zu holen. Die Karte in der hand ohne Frage nach Getränk und ohne Aschenbecher las ich die vielfältige Auswahl. Ich entschied mich für die Pizza frutti di Mare. Weiter 10 min später erschien die Kellnerin wieder ohne Gruß mit dem kellner block in der hand. Ich bestellte mir ein Bier und besagte Pizza. Wieder verging die zeit und 15 min später hatte ich dann mein Bier nach wie vor aber ohne Aschenbecher. Kurze Zeit später kam auch der zähe teigfladen mit dem Hauch vom Meer an.
Geschmacklich sehr sauer ohne Zitrone drauf dekorativ ist auch was anderes aber immer hin war sie da. Auch ohne guten apetit seitens des Wirtes.
Resultat des Besuches dieses Restaurants: nie wieder ! unhöfliches Personal bitte noch mal Schulen und dann aus den Fehlern lernen!
