We intended to buy a jacket/parka last week which was marked €79.
At the cash registers they charged €90.
We pointed them on the price tag showing different which triggered one of the cashiers into anger. She ripped the tag and shouted, repeatedly “das ist falsch”.
No discussion possible so due to her attitude we left and spend our money in a different Jeans Fritz.
It’s a pity because the shop had nice clothes. The lady behind the cashier register could use some anger management. Mistakes can be made but do treat your customers in a normal way.
