Great holiday, excellent location. Make sure to reserve parking at the hotel in advance as limited
But lots of other parking places nearby.

They told me their online system was hacked. Ok. But the guests cannot check in but just wait in lobby. They dont know how long it will take. Only two options, wait or leave. They should have figured out a better way for guests who trusted motel one and braught their tired body to rest in the hotel. If i were them, i would let the guests first get in the room and when its fixed i will controll their booking. Disaapointed.

The hotel is a really nice place to stay at the center of Bremen right next to all the restaurant and Biergarten places. -1 star for the missing parking spots.

Service poorly on check in. Parking slots advertised and also reserved, yet no parking available on site when I arrived. Also no deals with public parking places nearby, so quite costly plus risky and a fair distance to walk with luggage in both hands. Rooms as usual with Motel One rather small and very simple equipped, but okay! Breakfast with time slot system, all spots between 6:30AM and 8:30 AM already taken at 6pm check in. Good location however in central Bremen! Possibly would not stay there again, unless for a private budget weekend trip...

This very central situated Motel one looks very new.
This brings the only problem when you arrive by car. You hardly can stop in front of the hotel and the parking at the back is pretty small, so we had to use an external parking (with happy end????), a 300 meter walk over the crossing. Not really convenient.
But here the negativity stops.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are small but modern designed and cosy. The beds are very comfortable and all looked very clean.
The level of luxury is of course Motel one, so no mini bar, but who needs this. A free bottle of water could have been nice, but tap water is probably the better solution.
We didn't use the breakfast, because we wanted to enjoy breakfast in the city, but what I saw looked good.
Because you walk within 5 minutes to the centre this is the perfect hotel to stay when visiting Bremen.
Highly recommended.

Good value-for-money. Clean and nice looking room, excellent shower. Docking a star as the site doesn't give any info on parking, phoning for this information I was put on hold for more than 20m after which I gave up. Turns out that parking with hotel is possible. Ended up paying Eur 34 for 2 days parking in external parking garage

An average Motel One hotel - good-enough value for money. However, unlike other Motel Ones', did not follow standard Covid-19 measures when I visited July 2021: personnel u0026 most guests wore no masks, and no one was reprimanded for not doing so. No limited amount of guests at breakfast either. Sloppy and dangerous!
