Ebenso fehlten Hinweise, wo bzw. daß die Fahrzeuge im Parkhaus abgegeben werden müßen. Also haben wir das Fahrzeug 140 m vorher abgestellt und auf gut Glück das Hertzbüro gefunden welches sich im Flughafenhauptgebäude befindet. Nachdem wir also bei den Damen unseren Unmut los wurden, haben die Damen sehr professionel gewirkt. Sind mit uns den Weg zum Auto, haben es dann für uns in die entsprechende Rücknahme gefahren. Scheinen das leidige Thema wohl zu kennen, nur ändern tut sich eben nichts. Das nächste mal dann doch ein Clubmobil, da weiß ich was ich habe.
