heute 09.11.2013 um 15:03 das gerade noch lächelnde Gesicht der GARDE Bäckerei-Verkäuferin versteinert sich zu einer finsteren Miene, als Sie mich vor dem Tresen stehen sieht. Für mich nichts neues, da aus mir unerklärlichen Gründen speziell nur diese Verkäuferin so auf mich reagiert. Ohne eine Begrüßung fragt Sie: "Was wollen Sie?" Ich Antworte und zeige dabei auf zwei Vollkornbrötchen: "Dese beiden Brötchen bitte." Sie fängt an genervt und aggressiv mit der Brötchenzange zwischen den verschiedenen Brötchen herum zu fuchteln um schliesslich mit den Worten: "Die sehen alle gleich aus, da gibt es keinen Unterschied". Zwei andere Brötchen in die Papiertüte zu stopfen.
Ich habe Sie angesehen und gefragt: "Ist das ihr Ernst?"
Sie Antwortet: "Wollen Sie die Brötchen haben oder was ist jetzt?"
Daraufhin bin ich still gegangen.
Keine Ahnung ob dieser Beitrag von mir etwas bewirkt aber diese Verkäuferin sollte mal einen laaaaaanngen Urlaub machen und Gedanken über das Wort "KUNDENFREUNDLICHKEIT" !!!
