The service and most of the food is outstanding but my experience with the rumpsteak was not good as I ordered it cooked medium rare but I got raw instead. I was offered another rumpsteak and I received another raw steak. Overall I am happy with this restaurant and will go back from time to time but I will not go back for a steak dinner.

Our ideas for a buffet that was halfway adapted to the motto met with open ears and were implemented without any problems and even ideas that went beyond the usual dishes in the house were brought up and implemented by the operator. From all the guests we spoke to afterwards, there was actually only positive feedback on the food - simply great!

Since the hall upstairs is suitable for up to 200 people, but we were significantly fewer, it was separated. That was great for the mood, because you didn't feel lost. The DJ we chose was also allowed to do whatever he wanted - that also contributed to the success.

Last but not least: the service. Incomprehensible! And unbelievably good! Rarely, really seldom have we felt treated so attentively. We were constantly asked at the tables whether anything was missing, what to drink, etc. From the moment we arrived, things just went smoothly. In the course of the evening, as usual, "less" was served at the tables, but rather ordered at the counter. Everything is quick here too. You have to emphasize the friendliness and good mood of the staff. One good saying after the other and always a smile on your face. THAT is extremely rare - especially after the difficult Corona years.

We can only recommend the Arberger Hof to anyone for celebrations and would celebrate here again at any time!

Wir haben am 24.09.2022 unsere 2 40sten Geburtstage hier mit knapp 50 Personen gefeiert. Das ganze war eine Mottoparty "Wild West". Unsere Ideen für ein Buffet halbwegs angepasst an das Motto stießen auf offene Ohren und wurden problemlos umgesetzt und sogar Ideen abseits der im Haus üblichen Speisen seitens des Betreibers hervorgebracht und verwirklicht. Von allen Gästen mit denen wir im Nachgang gesprochen hatten, gab es eigentlich nur positive Rückmeldung zum Essen - einfach top!

Da der Saal oben für bis zu 200 Personen geeignet ist, wir aber ja deutlich weniger waren, wurde dieser abgetrennt. Das war super für die Stimmung, da man sich nicht verloren vorkam. Auch der von uns ausgesuchte DJ durfte schalten und walten wie er wollte - auch das hat zum Erfolg beigetragen.

Last but not least: der Service. Unfassbar! Und zwar unfassbar gut! Selten, wirklich selten haben wir uns so aufmerksam behandelt gefühlt. Kontinuierlich wurde an den Tischen gefragt, ob was fehlt, was zu trinken gebracht werden kann etc. Schon beim Empfang lief es einfach nur glatt. Im Verlauf des Abends wurde gewohnt "weniger" an den Tischen serviert, sondern vielmehr an der Theke bestellt. Auch hier alles zügig. Hervorheben muss man auch die Freundlichkeit und gute Stimmung des Personals. Ein guter Spruch nach dem anderen und stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. DAS ist äußerst selten - vor allem nach den schwierigen Corona Jahren.

Wir können den Arberger Hof nur jedem für Feierlichkeiten empfehlen und würden hier jederzeit wieder feiern!
