When I joined almost 2 years ago, I was impressed with many things, like all superstars trainers, enormous variety in the box (at that time still called Crossfit). After transition to Fitnessloft I experience (as a member) only going into the box, a deep-dive in quality, offer in the box, problems that are not being taking care of (like lockers that our almost one year out of order, disgusting smell in the mensroom, etc.) Worst of all is that the fitness centre lost almost all trainers. These trainers are rockstars but they went because of (my view) poor leadership of the center. Lately most of the offered trainings were cut. I really hope Fitnessloft starts to listen to its members and will take action to fix things. If they will take their loyal members not seriously I expect many people will terminate their membership. Fitnessloft take action now!
