This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it.

I’ve stayed here twice now in the last two months and is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in , excellent location close to amenities excellent clean room easy booking and paying from the uk and fast check in . The staff are all friendly and helpful , truly a great stay

Finding the hotel was very easy, because it is directly to the right of the trainstation in bremen.

After entering the hotel, we were already happy, because the hotel had a working air conditioner.

The woman at the reception was really nice and explained everything very well. The way to the elevators were easy to find and to follow. The access to the room was easy as well. The room itself was really clean and arranged appealing.

The air conditioner in the room, which allows to increase or decrease the temperature was nice as well. There even were a little fridge where we were able to place our water bottles and some small snacks for the next day.

In the evening, we visited the restaurant of the hotel. The temperature of the restaurant was a little bit too low for our personal opinion. With the time, it became a little freezig. The amount of fried potatoes could have been a little bit more and the fried potatoes itself could be fried a little bit longer before they are served. The price for the escalope with the fried potatoes and the bacon was a little too high with 25€ per person in our opinion. We at least expected a little more for that high of a price. The dessert was really really good as well.

At the next morning, we headed straight to the breakfast, which was really good in our opinion as well. Because we needed a little more water for the day, we had a look at google maps and found a super market right on the other side of the hotel (to the left of the trainstation), which was awesome.

Overall, the next time we visit bremen, we will definetely check in your hotel as well!

Very slow service and they keep claiming that they are short handed, the city is full of students who can cover this claim... the room is nice and tidy but no proper management . I had a six nights booking first day they were not able to find my booking and I had to pay from my personal credit card and they did not apologise for not finding my booking even the next day they were abletofind it . The heating system was not working in the first room and the shower was clogged I asked the reception to change the room and they did not even apologise for the faulty room. No proper filling of the shampoo bottles ...I am using this hotel since 2019 and this visit was the worst .

Excellent location just steps from the main train station, arena, and convention center. Spacious rooms meeting facilities.

Nice place to staying for couple of days. Hotel is located near main train station which is good for people who come Bremen just for the night by train. It also close to the center of the city and to the river to walk or to have a nice dinner.

The room was very clean and spacious, especially the very high ceiling, very beautiful and comfortable to stay in the room. I have booked a room with 2 double beds for 4 guests. Thankfully we were upgraded to a suite room. Because there was only 1 king bed in the suite room, so I had to request for 2 extra beds during the check-in. It took a while until the extra beds were delivered. So I know next time I should already request before arrival. Special thanks to the gentleman from the restaurant staff, who was very kind and helpful to settle the extra beds for us, because housekeeping was not available anymore in the evening.
