Overall it's a good gym. There is plenty of equipment for many applications and fitness levels. The free weight and hammer strength area is great and rarely over crowded. Cardio area overlooks the river with a ton of natural light which is great for a gym.
The cons are unfortunately due to the cleanliness and a couple of weird staff members. The cleanliness really depends on who has opened the gym in the morning and its highly obvious. Corinna and the other female staff do a really good job of keeping the place clean, organized, are super friendly and helpful. Two other male staff members are also friendly and helpful. There is one guy that works there who is a super rude, always late and is usually sleeping in the office if he opens in the morning. One morning I forgot my member bracelet to gain access to the gym and couldn't get in. I told the guy and he made a big deal about it. He then asked if he see the bottom of my shoes because he said they were not " sport shoes" ( they are addidas ultra boosts that I only wear to the gym. I park right by the entrance at the top level, change my shoes and walk in. He acted like my shoes were filthy and didn't want to let me workout. There Meanwhile he goes outside walks around the parking lot in his shoes and talks with his buddies. He is also often 10 minutes late on Saturday morning when the gym is supposed to open at 8 and doesn't apologize or even care. I try to give him the benefit of the doubt and say hi and he is just rude. I don't get it. If you hate your job as a trainer so much go do something else.
