Yeah its OK, no parking left when we were there but there was plenty of free street parking. Good proper family rooms with real beds for all. Lots of space, great for the price.

Very clean visually, but smells weird in the room and in the corridor. Also, at 10:40 the breakfast is not served anymore, and there was no information in the room info booklet regarding breakfast times.

Excellent, modern hotel and good value for money. The room was big and well designed and quiet even though it was on the main road.

I booked this hotel for 2 Nights from 12 January till 14 January as I have to attend an exam at the university.
Arrival experience was not the best
I have asked for Kettle and the lady at the reception said we don't have,very poor Service ????
I asked for even hot water to do one Tee or Coffee she said we don't have and you can buy from the machine but next day I found other Clients getting Tee and coffee from the Reception area (Discrimination) I don't understand why like this.
I don't mean the Coffee machine near to the reception,but from the Reception desk,but I was informed that they don't serve any drinks, she give only to the German Guest. Not good ???? ????
At the second day I went to buy coffee from the machine near to the reception around 23 Clock, I used the stairs to come down not the Lift but I couldn't go to the reception or come back to my Room as all doors were closed. I called the hotel its closed answer machine answering.
I had to call Bu0026B other hotel in Bremen and he explained to me that you go to through the Parking then with your Code you enter from Backside the hotel
It was very Cold and if I don't know without this Information what Could happened to me,Please leave Service or Emergency Number. I swear I trapped in the stairs and couldn't neither go back to my Room or to the Reception as all close.
Thanks God was an option to go to Parking and from there to go outside to the main street then to enter the hotel with my code.
The Room nice and location great
The hotel really very nice and clean but Please give some attention to details and little Care about your customers.
I'm really sorry but I would be happy to speak with the hotel Management to explain my bad experience.

Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel, like other hotels of this chain. Easy to find, quickly registered. Feedback with quick answers to all questions. Own underground parking for cars. Clean . Breakfast is quite substantial. All liked it. We will use it again. Thank you.
