Understaffed for the location and super boring for a key store in the hometown of Deutsche Telecom. Also placing a flat-screen TV in front of the big display is just plain stupid. Not sure what the marketing person was thinking... But the sales guy at the counter (Mohammed) was nice, professional and thinking outside the box. We went in to actually find out how and when to cancel the contract and now we'll still stay on for the next 2 years :)

Excellent customer service! Mr. Mariathas helped me and solved my problems with all his heart. I very appreciate his assistance. If I had an employee like this, I would give me a raise in salary and benefits. Again, thank you so much!

The only company that was able to get me a contract with yet my resident permit in few months to be done. Staff are very friendly and hardworking, and made sure i get the service i needed. Able to speak English and i am now a happy and forever customer.

Mrs Theisen is a very competent staff of Telekom. She is very conscientious and goes beyond her employee responsibilities for the best customer satisfaction. She is patient and can efficiently perform her job. Highly recommended!
