Had a terrible service here.
Went to the shop few days ago with my family and the lady who was working there was completely rude.
She didn't answer our questions. We are tourists and speaks a lttle bit of german so it is obvious that we don't speak fluently.
The lady ignored us and when we asked again she frowned her face and said "was?"with an attitude. I felt really embarrassed.

I don't think i will be going there in a future.

In short: great quality, but expensive. Come here if you are looking for high quality kitchen stuff, and are willing to spend some money on it :)

This brand is the epitome of German quality, everything they made is made with absolute qualify. The staff can also talk in English so this is an amazing place of you want to buy quality stuff.
