Hotel. Situated in super location.lots of little pubs coffee shops and restaurants.
Hotel could do with a bit of a face-lift. Staff very helpful.
Breakfast was expensive 20 euro per person .

As a tourist you have to pay City taxes

The hotel says that there loft was just broken it wasn't it's been broken for about 5 months they've ruined my stay in this hotel the room was poorly furnished the beds were very uncomfortable the breakfast €20 Euros per person was abysmal the service at the reception was poor they don't Evan know what a cash machine is or where it was they don't want to help and want to charge you for everything car park €20 Euros a night the noise from outside at nighttime was defening wouldn't stay here if it was the last place on earth

Broken Elevator, broken airco, broken TV remote control, dirty room, dirty breakfast.
Totally terrible

The staff (especially front desk!) was really nice and helpful as we had been catfished by another hotel. They quickly helped us out and made sure 2 rooms were available for me and my travel companions.

The windows did a good job in noise isolation from the roads. The street the hotel is located on is pleasent, with a botanical garden not too far away, which we visited.

The only downside was the sliding glass-door for the bathroom, which was awkwardly located infront of the toilet.

Rooms in the hotel are super clean, no doubt about it!
When I arrived everything was ready even though I arrived 2hrs earlier.
Staff in the hotel are very professional and nice, will help you with everything. Plus they are cute :P
Breakfast was amazing, as part of the deal.
Anyone had chance to find something they like.Fruits,juices... they have it all! And fresh :)
Main drawback is INTERNET connection, there is not any! Even tough I bought unlimited 7 days for 20 Euros, still signal was super weak :S

Other than that... nothing :)) And its really close to stores and restaurants :)

Really nice hotel.
The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable enough. The shower is really good, plenty of room and very good water pressure.
The staff have all been really nice.
Great location with loads of good restaurants close by. The restaurant at the hotel is pretty good too. And the breakfast offers every thing that I would say is usual and required
You have the option to cancel the room cleaning and take a free drink instead. I like this idea.
Downsides.. The underground parking is very tight (although there is some above ground parking too wich is much more spacious if there are spaces left).
The room always seems too warm when i arrive and the aircon isn't really great (so it takes a night just to really cool the room) . No drinks making facility in the room.
Overall a nice hotel.
