I received a broken wardrobe, I called them (after trying for a while since they almost never pick up the phone), reported the issue, then I was told that I would receive a call from them to replace the cracked door and haven't heard from them since. I've been trying to reach them for God knows how long and they just don't pick up the phone...

Want something quick and cheap for your home? This is the place. It is not very good quality, but then again, it is not expensive either.

Probably my last time to purchase a furniture with Poco. The store is not pricey. Service is ok. However, there is no flexibility when it comes to return or exchange of order. I tried to return the TV low-board stand I ordered against a voucher so I can purchase or order a better one, but my request was not considered. I will not recommend this store to my friends and colleagues.

The products are much more beautiful and affordable than ikea or xxxlutz, the only drawback is that not all products are there and you have to go to the warehouse 5-10 minutes away by car. Thank you for your services.

What is the most important for me while i buy for my house is to find people love to help me or serve me.. But i didnt found this thing in poco!!!!!! I think that they dont like them job or they dont like us or actually i dont know what is the problem.. Seriously, i hate to go more than 10 time and in 3 or 4 of it i had a bad experience with them???? They act with a bad way with us and they dont appear happy when we ask them something!! I hope from poco to fix thia problem.. Coz its not fare to come from home happy and go out from poco angry!!
