It was much better than expected. I’ve read the reviews online before and I was a bit concerned, but it turned out to be quite good. The place was clean, very quiet, and close to the train/tram station. The neighbourhood was residential and very green. There was no lift. connecting to the internet was complicated (but it worked fine). It is far free m the centre and there is not much to do around.

Stayed for 5 nights for a conference, it was comfortable and easy to reach. However, on the last night there was insects on the walls, even one on my own bed. It was horrible, will never recommend to anyone.

Cozy and old-fashioned feeling, but the beds were very noisy. Breakfast wasn't included and quite expensive to add, good thing there is a Kaufland within walking distance ???? the garage was dark and a bit odd, there were some sort of carlifts you could park on, but my car couldn't get up them because my car is too low to the ground. My car isn't even that low, but it also scraped the floor on our way in and out. Service was fine and the people at the reception also spoke english.

Great rooms, very clean and with free secure car parking. This is an unusual hotel complex based on blocks of apartments in a group of apartment blocks. Apart from that the rooms are the same as usual hotel rooms. Very well kept and clean.
The hotel is not in the centre of Bonn and so there are limited places to go on foot as regards to evening entertainment. The area around is generally housing. There tends to be locals milling around the local small shopping area of an evening, so can be a little disconcerting. It is not a tourist area.
The hotel area is perfectly fine though. This is a good base for Bonn if you have a car. It is cheaper than staying in the centre of Bonn
Overall I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting a clean efficient and affordable base.

Good: it’s clean, the reception and workers are available and friendly.
Not so good: The hotel is far from the city center, (25min by ubahn)
Terrible: the internet most of the time doesn’t work! If you are in the hotel and need to work or want to watch something, forget about it.
The laundry is also always busy, it’s hard to find a time to wash clothes.

Many good points: fair connection to center despite being on the outskirts, good price, good rooms. BUT: the showers alternated both days uncontrollably between hot and cold. Other hotel guests had same experience. The plumbing simply does not seem to be created for hotel use...
