We very much enjoyed the hotel. Even if its not in the center of the city, it's very easily accessible by bike (5mins) or foot (10-15 min). Although the train tracks are just across the hotel I can't complain about the noise. Especially with a closed window you won't notice it. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful!!

It was a good stay. Wifi was not good and the location is just by the railway lines. It was noisy sometimes.

The hotel is very good, clean and ambient and close to the tram station, bus area and also a small walking distance to the area of work that I was going to. I have enjoyed my stay here.

However, just for future consideration - the showering space is small to those who have big bodies, unless one does not close the bathroom door when showering; should also consider having anti slip mats due to water splashing while showering. regarding the cancellation policy, this should be flexible to allow one to change should you wish to do so. Mistakes are human so the hotel or the booking site in case of an error should be flexible on that area which I found to be a little bit harsh; and also allow flexibility to change should the need arise. To have more English channels on the TV in this case its only CNN and CGTN, other channels if possible to have English subtitles, for non Germans or those who don't understand German - may not be very useful to them. For Kitchen utensils, do remember to include a knife which was missing had to purchase one.

The hotel was nice and clean. Walking distance from city center, metro nearby. Friendly reception. If you arrive late, you can check in via other door and use the check in computer to get your door key: really handy! Comfy bed. We had a room at the front of the hotel, there is a railway across the street. This makes some noise when trains pass, close the windows at night to reduce noise.

We were overnight guests and checked in very late. The check in terminal worked very well. The room was clean and provided everything you could possibly need including a small kitchen equipped with tableware and kitchen devices. The check out was equally easy. I can recommend the apartments of My Suedstadt Bonn.

How unprofessional staff! I checked into my room and was relaxing on the bed (with no clothes on) talking on the phone. I had locked the door and the next moment I rolled back I saw the housekeeper was in the middle of the room by me!!!!! I was so panicked, all my body was shivering. The housekeeper (called Ilna) told that she "thought" I am not in my room! How the hell that could happen when 1) I was speaking loud on the phone 2)the door was locked!!! They have electronic access to all rooms. I immediately called the front desk and asked for explanation whether their staff get trained up at all and she (called Sabina? Sabrina?) simply said, "we will speak with our housekeeper!" she did not apologize at all, no compensation, no nothing! It is a shame, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, I will not come back again to this hotel.

Check-in not super-smooth due to no receptionists after 5:30PM. Sorted that out through calling affiliated facility. The lady at the reception refunded the city tax as ours was a business stay. The place was quiet and clean. And smart :)
