The food was fine, but in the WC downstairs there was a guy who is checking payments for the toilet. I showed him a paycheck that I am actually a customer of this particular McDonald's, but he still insisted that I should pay (by the way he decided to ask for money on my way back from the toilet). I started to argue that the toilet is a property of McDonald's, so in the end he just let me go. So, it seems to be a scammer wearing a red t-shirt of McDonald's employee. Please beware of possible fraud here.

Tables were very filthy,and no one even bothered to come and clean them.
Toalets in the other hand were very clean. They have some very polite and nice guy who cleans and maintains them.

When my family and I visited there was only one autoservice machine working and the other ones weren't, so we had to order with the cashier but he seemed very rude just because out German isn't very good. We even got charged separate fries and soda instead of getting a meal. Place felt very packed with people (which is pretty bad right now due to covid) and the tables weren't clea n. We are never going there again.

Racist waiter.
An older man (senior age, gray hair) didn’t had his name tag on.
Screamed at customer for not coming to pick the order after one call.
Arrogant aggressive behaviour when confronted on his actions.
Didn’t asked or checked covid passes. Without any reasonable excuse - asked guests to leave.

Very disappointing experience. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Mostly very unfriendly staff for example they take the tray away before I'd finished my meal.This has happened often as the restuarant is shortage of trays.

Always a good place to go on a holiday or Sunday! Free wifi and seats. Can order through the kiosk or at counter. Seating upstairs. Toilets down. McCafe attached.
