Wonderful interior. Freshly cooked food. Local clientele.
Service needs to be improved though.
Great food is allowed to take 70 minutes, and I must say, the main dishes were extremely freshly cooked, but the ambience has to support that waiting time. Unfortunately it didn't because of staff being under pressure and a lack of attention to the table. OK, Friday evening is a challenging time but waiters need to communicate to guests. My sea perch (rotbarsch) fish was perfectly cooked. There must be a better accompaniment than fried sliced potatoes though. Fresh vegetables perhaps? Side salad 2/10. Summary: I liked the restaurant style and the fish was perfectly cooked but everything that accompanied it was mediocre. Improve that, and you've got a winning restaurant.
