Stayed here for 2 nights. I would have given it a 5, but unfortunately reception was a little bit rude at check-in. Also when I asked at breakfast whether they could provide coffee out of a proper coffee machine, his remark was: we spend €30000 on the machine in the breakfast room, so there is no filter coffee.
The rooms were absolutely spotless and very quiet. Bathroom could have been a little bit bigger, but it was alright.
Breakfast was really nice and plenty.
Only about a 10 minute walk into town.
You have only got 4 parking spaces at the hotel, which is a down side. But a short distance from the hotel you have got underground parking for €10 a night.
Would we stay here again?: I don't know.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The room was really quiet, and the shower was nice and large. The hotel is quite close to the city center and has 4 free parking spots in front of the hotel, and an additional parking garage available at a fee of €10. There were some downsides as well: the room was a bit dusty and there were hairs on the towels and a weird stain on the bed linen. The receptionist was very rude to us during check in and breakfast. Breakfast, which was quite limited, was until 10:30 but at 10:25 we were told to immediately leave the breakfast room instead of being allowed to finish our breakfast. When checking out at 11 the remnants of the breakfast were still there, so I don’t get the rush. Lastly, we had to pay for a parking spot even though in the end we parked at the free spots in front of the hotel. Overall an okay experience for 1 night, but with an attitude like that you don’t exactly invite your hotel guests to stay once again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful... and, I was very grateful for how kind they were in speaking English with me! This was my first time traveling internationally alone, and I was very nervous to be in Germany and not able to speak German. They were very kind and gracious about my language barrier, and I really appreciate how welcome and safe they made me feel! :)

The rooms are very small for the price. Even Japanese business hotel had more space. The furniture looks old. But the location is perfect, it’s near the central train station and all the main Bonn city attractions. There are not that many options for breakfast, but what’s available tastes great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was clean and breakfast was good. The only problems were the lack of services like laundry and room service. Rooms were very small but clean. If you are looking for very basic accommodations, this is fine. Because, I am here on business laundry and room service for those long working days are a must...

The room is very small, no air condition, under the roof and about 35°C. To open the window at night is no option as it is towards a noisy street. In front of the other small window a balcony for smokers. Pretty disapointing, staff not as helpful as I wished; I hope I will find sleep tonight.
