WHAT THEY DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW.
In my recent stay at this hotel, I drove my car. Before I made reservation, I was told that there is a per day charge on parking and that they could not reserve parking until my arrival. However, when I did arrive, they informed me that if I were to move my vehicle from where it was parked, the hotel would not hold the spot and there is a possibility I would be left out in the cold. Now, why would they wait until this time to tell me that? The attitude is not logical, therefore it should be explained upfront; before the customer makes the decision to make the reservation. The consumer is left without recourse, since the terms of the reservation do not allow for a cancelation at this point and if they did, what is one to do, visit all the hotels in town looking for an alternative? Time is of the essence. So, I was forced to use taxis to move around town, which cost me more than the cost of the room. Does anyone think this place can be recommended? I know I’ll not be staying here again.
