The hotel gave an option for Ukrainian refugees to stay for several days for free! Me, my grandma, and my girlfriend used the option! We are very grateful for that! ???????? Besides that the hotel is very nicely located, it's very clean and comfortable, personal is friendly and caring! I highly recommend it!

Rooms are OK, nothing fancy but good. Service can greatly depend on the individual staff member, but most are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location.

I stayed here for 2 weeks for a conference. I liked the quiet spot and scenery. The room was okay. The people were not bad; some were even nice (especially in the restaurant). But there are a few things I hope they take care of:
1) Fix the unstable Wi-Fi and improve its coverage
2) Open a gym
3) Ask guests about their stay and any feedback (whether in the middle or at the end of their stay)
4) Reduce their prices relatively (I discovered via my colleagues that they were more expensive than the Marriott and Hilton, despite it and the Marriot being on the list of the organiser’s recommended hotels; I mistakenly assumed Dorint’s prices would be cheaper)
5) Offer the vouchers as promised when foregoing housekeeping, or at least offer a complimentary bottle of water for each day skipped.

It was okay to try this hotel, I guess. I wish the people there well, but next years I’m sticking with the Marriott.

Our party of extended family members stayed two nights. Very friendly and helpful reception staff (who very accommodating in giving us tips on places to see, eat and parking locations) beautiful environment (in a secluded nature surrounding, on top of a hill), comfortable rooms, adequate shaded parking! Buffet breakfast was of high quality in terms of selection and taste (tip: do book your rooms inclusive of breakfasts. This way, you get a discounted price on the breakfast as opposed to adding it as an option to a room-only rate)
The decor and bathrooms were a bit dated, but it didn’t matter to us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The king-sized beds were very spacious…more than adequate in accommodating our kids who constantly rotate themselves throughout the night ????.

The only disappointment (for the kids, really): the pool was closed, apparently due to renovations.

We highly recommend this place.

To the hotel management: on your official website, you could add that Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia are also spoken by the receptionist ????

Quite place in the forest ! The carpet in the halls smells bad only should be cleaned or replaced .
Nice breakfast !
Staff is kind. Room cleaning is good. Tv channels are ok. Air conditioning is ok.

First time in this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, parking garage below hotel and restaurant has nice dishes. Next time I would definitely choose this hotel again.
