I rented a room here in summer 2017.
+ Very positive is the location. It is very close to Venus Berg and the forest. Therefore it is great for doing sports.
However, the apartment itself did not meet my expectations.
- The overall condition of the apartment is pretty dilapidated. Parts of the floor are broken and dirty. The balcony is a total mess. Most of the chairs on the balcony are also broken.
- The walls are very thin, so you hear your neighbor.
- The apartments itself are quite dark because of the forest.
- The cleaning and maintenance does not seem to work very well. While I was there the dishwasher was always broken. It also looks like the shower was not cleaned on regular basis.
- The communication with the apartment manager is difficult. Repairs are not taken care of.
All in all it appears as if the owners try to squeeze out the last penny without proper investments, which is very sad. They could make a lot more out of the place.
Next time I come here, I will chose a different apartment.
