I used to love this gym but since I became a mum I realized that this gym is not at all “women with kids friendly”. One girl in the reception even told me once that babies should not be in a gym, they should be at home with their mums (!!!) They used to have a kids corner but they don’t anymore. They offer no classes for mums and babies and it’s not allowed to bring your baby. For a gym only for women I find that very unsatisfying. They should step up a little, modernize and get used to the fact that mums with kids wants to do sports too. They have a big nice room for classes, it would be perfect for a mum-baby class a couple of times per week.

I'm not even shocked that customers are being deliberately ripped off, knowing that the forced contract extension is wrong and they're going to do it anyway. Just fits the picture perfectly.
I have also been put off for two weeks now that it will take time to process my request for repayment and the termination of the contract. My guess here is trying to buy time and procrastinate until the customer forgets or gives up. I am absolutely dissatisfied.

Abgesehen davon stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, mit dem was man geboten kriegt, absolut nicht! Ich habe fristgerecht gekündigt, trotzdem wurden mir 6 weitere Monate aufgedrückt, was einfach widerrechtlich ist. Nach dem Beschluss des Bundesgerichtshofs habe ich mich bei dem Studio gemeldet, um mein Geld zurückzufordern und den Vertrag sofort auflösen zu lassen. Als Antwort kam von einer Mitarbeiterin, dass dem Studio von Anfang an klar war, dass die Verlängerung der Verträge widerrechtlich ist und sie wussten, dass irgendwann entschieden wird, das dies nicht mehr gemacht werden darf…
Ich bin nicht mal schockiert darüber, dass die Kunden vorsätzlich abgezogen werden, mit dem Wissen, dass die aufgezwungene Vertragsverlängerung falsch ist und sie es dennoch machen. Passt einfach perfekt ins Bild.
Ich werde zusätzlich auch seit zwei Wochen vertröstet, dass die Bearbeitung meiner Forderung der Rückzahlung und der Vertragsauflösung noch Zeit braucht. Ich tippe hier darauf, dass versucht wird, Zeit zu schinden und es hinauszuzögern, bis der Kunde es vergisst oder aufgibt. Ich bin absolut unzufrieden.

Geräte sind zum größtenteils veraltet sowie die Gewichte auch.
Mitarbeiter total unhöflich (nicht alle) und die Preise werden auch unverschämter, wenn man sich die „Vorteile“ dazu anschaut. Das Fitnessstudio ist am Wochenende nur bis 18 Uhr geöffnet, da lohnt sich jedes andere Fitnessstudio mehr, wo man rund um die Uhr trainieren kann und zusätzlich noch eine weitere Person mitnehmen darf. Und das alles zu einem viel günstigeren Preis.
Nach meinem Vertrag werde ich umgehend das Studio wechseln.

Alleine das Ausmachen eines Probetermins war eine Katastrophe. Ich kam zweimal, keiner wusste Bescheid. Letztendlich durfte ich mir das Studio selber anschauen? Was ich sah, hielt mich davon ab, hier mein Geld zu lassen. Dreckige Toiletten, keine präsenten Trainer, in die Sauna habe ich mich gar nicht getraut hereinzuschauen. Schade, das Konzept wäre eigentlich genial für Bonn.

Desweiteren werden Verträge ILLEGAL verlängert, denn trotz Corona ist dies nicht zulässig. Studio beharrt aber darauf, wohl in der Hoffnung, dass die Kunden klein beigeben und weiter zahlen, obwohl sie das nicht müssen!!
