As per previous comments, service is great but we got poor service, the person took the order for 2 white chocolates u0026 a single tea, then we waited for about +30 mins just for somebody else to ask if we were ready to order something, we said we ordered already and have been waiting forever but our order was not even taken, they never got it, so we had to order again. It was just odd seeing other people (even a family) coming by after us, ordering, receiving their orders, and leaving before us. Not sure what happened but we can't recommend this place ????u200d♂️

After a long wait, we managed to order drinks, I ordered a beer and after waiting for around 20 mins I got the wrong beer (even though they only have 3 varieties) then had to wait about 10 mins to tell someone that it's not what I ordered and then had to wait again for 10 mins to get the right one. So it just took around 45 mins to get a beer!
The location is really nice though. The location and view is reason for the 3rd star!
For the price of drinks (5.20 € for a beer), the service and the overall quality of the place was expected to be better.

Service is good. But don’t order cocktails here!!! They bring you mineral water and some ice… No alcohol, no taste. I drink and feel it like a water!!! It’s a pity… They are close to my home and good view from their terraces… But, anyway, Never again.

I love to come to this place. I've been here many times already, I've sat in all different areas, outside, terrace or second floor, it's all really nice and clean. The service is pretty good, they really take care of You and make you feel really comfortable. I've been in summer and winter and it's always been a nice experience. I will keep coming back for sure.

Really nice place, one of the best views of the river if you ask me, especially because you can sit right by the water! Very nice friendly staff. Good prices, and quick service. Sometimes they take a bit long, I've been there a few times, but only if it's very crowded or they may be short staffed that day - this is a common issue in Bonn, nothing to do with the place! The flammkuchen is yum, and their drinks are good. Unfortunately, on the day I went, they were booked for a wedding so they closed the restaurant early - I would say if you plan to go just give them a call or make a reservation. Otherwise, previously, we've always had a good time here.

Nice place, staff is very friendly. Great cappuccino, very nice milk foam that apparently a lot of places are still having trouble with. But there's one problem: no cards accepted.

Waiter forgot to make our flammkuche, waited more dan 40 minutes for it.
No free drink or discount...nothing.
I was going to leave, but my daughter wanted to take the food with us.
Flammkuche in a burnt pizza box and pay full amount.
This place is also overpriced compared to the rest of Bonn.
