Very helpful staff, full of great advice about transport that we never would have figured out ourselves. They always had an air of being willing and happy to assist. The information they gave us was invaluable not only in Bonn, but during the rest of our stay around Germany.

Nice people willing to help you with any doubt about this interesting city. We loved the city tour by bus. This 2 hour bus tour and 30 minute walk in the old inner city was guided by a kind lady with an art-history background knowing a lot of details on Bonn's rich history.

Felt like an intruder while staff was busy complaining about previous customers. The guy who served me probably thinks he's incredibly witty, but to me he felt just brash and rude. "Could I have (product), please?" "Haha, if you have MONEY you can have anything you like". Hilarious! Not. Would not recommend and certainly not go back. I regret buying anything at all.
