Ordered two coca cola's, all fine. Asked for two more and was brought out some alcoholic drinks and the bill (my German isn't perfect but I'd managed to order the first ones just fine!). When I told the waiter that we didn't order them, he got instantly hostile and even threatened to phone the police. Stay well clear!

Quite possibly the most unpleasant and rudest waitress I've ever had the misfortune to come across. Along with my wife and 2 small boys (aged 5 and 3), while visiting the city today, we attempted to sit down at one of the many free tables of this cafe, only to be told abruptly by the waitress that all of the tables in that area were reserved (even though none of them said so, and I very much doubt they were). She also stated something about children not being allowed to put feet on the chairs (which neither of our boys had done, as we hadn't even sat down yet!). If I had to guess, I'd say that the lady must have done kind of deep seated hatred of either foreigners (we're from the UK), or children. Either way, this was the first time I've ever been shocked enough to go straight online and leave a negative review/summary of our experience. Unsurprisingly, we decided to take our custom elsewhere.

The boss is so unreasonable, unfriendly and offensive, they request us to pay 50 cent further for each spoon for ice cream. The quality of food is also so bad that is so difficult to tell how bad it is. There's even a lady guiding in front of the toilet entrance for 50 cent, and she thought we were trying to lie her when we went to the toilet. There's nothing good to say about this restaurant, it's only a cash-machine restaurant without good view from rhein river and the atmosphere.

I have been there many time and I love their fast services and great food with the nice ambiance.
