Ich musste wegen einem Berufsunfall zur Notaufnahme und mir wurde überhaupt nicht geholfen. Dreimal bin ich dahin gegangen und jedes Mal wurde mir was anderes gesagt. Einmal hieß es es sei eine Prellung, dann ein Bänderriss und schließlich überhaupt nichts und ich soll nur abwarten. Ein halbes Jahr später ist es immer noch nicht besser geworden.

Zu aller erst muss man besonders feststellen, dass das Personal ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist! Das Krankenhaus ist anstandslos sauber und gut gepflegt. Die medizinische Arbeit wurde hervorragend ausgeführt, nach der Handgelenk OP waren keine Beschwerden beseitigt, der Heilungsverlauf vorbildlich. Ich kann diese Klinik sehr empfehlen! Ich würde mich dort jederzeit wieder behandeln lassen.

Bestellt für 9 Uhr, wurde ich nach Schnelltest und pcr Test eineinhalb Stunden später dennoch erstmal in einen Warteraum „abgeschoben“ weil das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war.
Mittagessen am ersten Tag gab es nicht, denn ich war nicht angemeldet. Auch keine Alternative.
Untersuchung am Folgetag, es konnte bis kurz davor nicht gesagt werden, wann diese stattfinden sollte.
Das Pflegepersonal ist total unterbesetzt und überfordert, die Ärzte sehr hilfsbereit, doch kaum anwesend.
Zum Glück wurde ich schnell entlassen.
Obwohl Beschwerden akut, habe ich wochenlang auf den Arztbericht gewartet. Sechs Wochen nach meinem Aufenthalt ist er nun angekommen, mit einem Erstellungsdatum, das zwei Wochen zurück liegt.
Wenn möglich, werde ich diese Klinik meiden!
