Food was great, people serving food were friendly, ambience top notch especially with the view of the setting sun over the Rhine. However it really took a very long time for the food to be at the table , even the drinks were served after an hour. It was very crowded though, may be due to that.

The location, ambience, and food are great! We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset and eating delicious meals but the service leaves room for desire. We were graciously greeted but our waitress was a bit awkward. We waited a long time for our meals (which again were delicious) but dined during busy hours on a Saturday night, so take from that what you will.

Very cosy place, superwarm inside. Love their bowls! Very diverse.

However, one time they served overcooked rice in bowl, it was sticky and mushy. Other time I ordered pasta with truffle, that cost around 30€ and they didn’t even put any salad leafs or something green to the side, so overall meal was a bit too dull - just pasta and supersmall bits of truffles. a cucumber with salad leafs wouldn’t bunkrupt them..
another time I ordered a bowl and in avocado I found a piece of nut with peel. It was small but I can’t imagine how one do this when slicing avocado..

a bit pricey considering downsides mentioned above, but besides that I do love the taste of the food!

We were lucky and had a table at the front with immediate view to the river. The food was OK. Strangely enough my stomach was hurting after dinner. Maybe it was the combination with 500ml beer. But I am known to be able to drink a lot. Anyway, it is a place worth visiting a few more times at least.

Last week I passed by the restaurant in the afternoon, it looked very cozy! At the moment i was just looking for help to reach the house of a friend that lives nearby and not planning to eat, but I asked the hostess in en entrance and she kindly gave me some indications even though she didn't had to do so, if they are so kind with non clients, they probably have great service ^^ I'll be coming back!

This is a popular beer garden directly on the banks of the Rhine on the Beuel side. Easy access as it’s directly on the cycle route. In the summer it is generally jam packed. Service is friendly and the food is very good. Sunsets from here are especially nice.
