We celebrated Christmas day at Yamas and we had a wonderful time. Sevice was great, food quality was 10/10. Owner was very friendly and he also gave us free shots. Very, very satisfied.

Great ambience, quick delivery and very good taste, although the quantity is a bit low, nevertheless, highly recommend!

Have yet to try their dinner menu, but for lunch this is a really great spot right in the heart of Bochum. Small plates, large plates, both healthy and richer dishes, whatever the heart desires.

Very bad waiters.. the main waiter is very arrogant and was being racist to me. I spent around 20 euros for nothing and finally got hurt .

I will delete this dear owner, But if I describe the incident, First the main waiter did not allow me to sit inside the inner room and he asked me to shift to a table next to the bar. I shifted. Then I ordered the food. I was hungry and eat a bit quickly(chips and lamb steak). After I finished eating the main waiter said to the young chubby waiter to clean the table and said in German "I never saw someone eat that ugly". They were next to the bar. The young waiter looked at me and said "Ah so" in a confused face. No one was next to my table eating. Then they came to me and let me pay. We Asians maybe look different when we eat. But this is not my first time in a restaurant and not my first time in Yamas. But this main waiter was always a bit mean in a racial manner to me. Like he has a disrespectful and arrogant manner. Please dnt get hurt by this comment dear owner. After you see this I will delete it.

Perfect location to dine out. Friendly staff and delicious food. I can highly recommend this place :)

Good food, you can find all typical greek meals there, but for my taste with lot of herbs and spices (probably depending on the region from which the chef comes as its owned by greek family).
One star for less for service, they forgot about one of our meal and then took long time for ordering dessert.

the service was super nice. I loved the food. It was a different experience as in other greek restaurants. The wine selection is really good. They have a sort of zucchini chips that are amazing.
