Ich musste 6 Monate auf ein Gutachten warten, was eigentlich schon fertig erstellt war… und das nur weil die restlichen Mitarbeiter sehr inkompetent sind… jetzt habe ich das Gutachten in dem steht, dass es mir ausgehändigt werden darf und ich habe des letzte halbe Jahr umsonst den Stress gehabt mit der Klinik und meiner Versicherung zu telefonieren, weil das Gutachten auf dem Postweg nie angekommen ist. Heute stelle ich dann fest, dass die Ärztin sogar in dem Gutachten schreibt, dass dieses an mich ausgehändigt werden darf. Anstatt also einfach zu behaupten, dass man es nicht geben darf, hätte man nur lesen müssen…
Fazit: Die Mitarbeiter können anscheinend nicht lesen oder wollen es nicht, mit der Post haben sie anscheinend große Probleme, anders erklärt sich mir nicht, wie etwas selbst beim 4. mal verschicken nicht ankommen kann. Und Lösungsorientiert und Hilfsbereitschaft sind hier Fremdwörter!!

Von der Vorbereitung bis zur Entlassung hat mich einfach jeder im gesamten Team großartig betreut. Professionalität und Freundlichkeit geht ja nicht immer Hand in Hand. Hier hat mir jeder vom Operateur über die Klinikärztin und die Schwestern bis zu den Physiotherapeuten und den Verpflegungsdamen und der Raumfee das Gefühl gegeben besonders gut aufgehoben zu sein. Auch die Verwaltung hat alles gegeben, als meine Reha-Klinik kurz vor knapp wegen Corona absagen musste. Bin jetzt in der Reha-Klinik und jeder ist begeistert, wie gut das Knie aussieht und wie hoch jetzt schon die Beweglichkeit ist. Also eine klare Empfehlung von mir (ich war schon mal dort und bin auch diesmal total zufrieden).
